Corn Patties are a very popular snack in Thailand and our Thai recipe is a family favourite. Known in Thailand as “Tord Man Khao Poht”, this Thai recipe for Corn Patties is very simple to make and is ideal for vegetarians or anyone who dislikes the heat of chillies as the Corn Patties do not contain even a single chili. Delicious hot or cold, Corn Patties are ideal to serve at a cocktail party, an appetizer or part of a Thai style meal or just enjoy them like we do as an all day snack.

This is a really intriguing use of corn. Is this a common way of cooking corn in Thailand, or more of a rare/special thing? Because it looks, frankly, fantastic.
