Just wanted to say that is the best beef stir fry i have ever tasted i just added a few other things into it like ginger, Chinese shoshing wine no mushrooms more vegetables like bok choy thanks a lot for this recipe i make it every week.
The only thing that i noticed about this recipe is there is no fish sauce because its thai cookery i thought maybe it was not thai please reply

excellent simple and yet amazing flavors without overwhelming the dish with too much of a mix of different sauces I loved it

is the beef raw before this whole thing. or do you use cooked beef?
